Is there a piano software that can change a note from one to another?

Hi! i would like to know if there is a free piano software that can change the note of one piano sheet to another? for example, the song, "Through the Rain" is a D major.. I want to make it into a C major only so I can play it easily.

Oooh, Kathleen, my answer won’t earn "best" because I’m going to suggest that you learn to read in every key. If you need to transpose because your voice, or someone else’s, works better in another key, that’s another matter, but you’ll be a better pianist if you master D, which is nearly as easy to play in as is C, and you will feel much more confident in your abilities as a result.
There are, in fact, software programs sold with, and separate from, MIDIs, that do transposition and which allow you to change notes on the staff from recording you make of yourself, but I haven’t seen a free download yet.
